Dr. Taeho Park, who holds a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, is a professor at San Jose State University and director of the Silicon Valley Center for Operations and Technology Management. With extensive industry experience and numerous publications, his research focuses on operations and supply chain, technology, innovation, and sustainability management.
Reem Saleh Alothman is a Project Management Specialist at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), with over 20 years of experience in construction, planning, project control, and environmental impact assessment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kuwait University (2004) and is a certified KPI professional from George Washington University. At KOC, she manages Project Management Consultancy (PMC) contracts under the Kuwait Environmental Remediation Program (KERP) and coordinates with national environmental authorities. Reem has published four journal papers and regularly speaks at international conferences. Her focus includes Kaizen, continuous improvement, quality assurance, and strategic planning in oil and capital projects.

Gernot Mödritscher is an Associate Professor (ao.Univ.-Prof.) at the Department of Controlling and Strategic Management at the Universität Klagenfurt in Austria. He previously held significant positions including Head of the Industriestiftungsinstitut eBusiness (biztec) at the University of Klagenfurt, and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Management at the same institution. Additionally, he has served as the Head of various Master and MBA programs and is an active Executive Educator. His research interests include Strategic Management, Marketing, Management Accounting, and Customer Valuation.
Associate Professor Dr. Shahsuzan Zakaria is a dedicated academic at the Faculty of Business & Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), where he pursues research in Financial Risk Management and Performance Measurements. Holding a Ph.D. and MBA from UiTM, Dr. Zakaria focuses on areas including productivity and efficiency, financial literacy, financial derivatives, and hedge efficacy measurement. He has shared his research through peer-reviewed publications and presentations at respected national and international conferences. Dr. Zakaria remains committed to contributing knowledge that bridges academic inquiry and practical application, hoping to support progress in finance and inspire future scholars in the field.
Mohd Taufik Bin Mohd Suffian is a Senior Accounting Lecturer at the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Financial Criminology from UiTM. He is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) of the United Kingdom. His areas of interest are corporate governance, earnings management, earnings quality, financial criminology, financial reporting, ownership structure, and taxation. He has received many grants, locally and internationally.
Yazari Agudelo Cano holds a Master’s degree in Economics, with a thesis on environmental economics and climate change adaptation. They received a full scholarship for their master’s and are currently pursuing a PhD in Business and Territorial Competitiveness, Innovation, and Sustainability at Deusto University, focusing on sustainable finance and climate transition with competitiveness. As a predoctoral researcher at Orkestra, their work involves sustainability projects that bridge economic growth with environmental responsibility. Their research interests include climate adaptation, rural-urban dynamics, and financial mechanisms for sustainability.
Thandokuhle Ignatius Ngozo is a prominent economist based in Cape Town, South Africa, with over 20 years of expertise in fiscal policy, regulatory frameworks, and macroeconomic research. Currently the Research Manager for Fiscal Framework at the Financial and Fiscal Commission, he has significantly improved data processes and mentored research teams while previously advising on revenue division and development finance strategies. Thandokuhle holds an MSc in Economics, an MBA, and a BA in Social Sciences, and is skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research. His work has influenced national and international policies through collaborations with organizations like the African Development Bank and the United Nations, reflecting his commitment to fostering economic resilience and inclusivity.
